Among the ways we determine our “Best Practices” is listening to what you say.

You’re “out there in the trenches” using Jackrabbit everyday so we believe that you have some of the most relevant Best Practices to pass on to your fellow Jackrabbit users. And you may have noticed requests from our Support Manager, Jorine Jones, in the Jackrabbit Facebook Software User Group for the Jackrabbit Mind Hive to talk to her about select topics. This is where you can contribute your own best practices!  This helps us pull together input from everyone – from super users to very creative users – to help all of you more quickly become proficient users! You may also suggest topics that we should use as the basis for more Best Practices.
