The Help Resource area in your Jackrabbit system has been updated. When you click on Support when you’re logged in, you will still see the same three options that you had before for help, but now they offer more options to get you the type of help you want.
1) Watch shares all of the videos that we think will answer your questions and help you better understand your software.
2) Find Answers does exactly that. It give you a list of links and tools that will help you find the answers to your questions OR will give you options for talking to a support team member about your questions.
3) Contact Us gives you all of the information you need to contact support, to request a call from them or to submit a ticket about your issue.
