So, it’s that time of the month – reports. You know you must run the same reports each month, but with so many reports in Jackrabbit, it’s easy to forget which ones are your favorites. If you’re like me, you might spend a few agonizing minutes looking through ALL reports to find the few that you find the most helpful for your needs.

With today’s enhancement, we’re taking the guesswork out of this for you and saving you valuable time! You can now mark your most frequently used reports as Favorites, and in doing so, a cheerful red heart will show next to the report.

To mark a report favorite, simply hover over the name of the report and you’ll see a grey heart. Click it to turn it red and you’re done!

The next time you need to run a report, just click on Favorite Reports from the left side menu, and your Favorites will be all listed at your fingertips!

As a reminder, within a report, you can set up your preferred settings, and save that as a template, or “favorite” within the report. Now, you can easily find your Favorite reports, and from there, load your favorite settings for that report! TIME. SAVER.
