What does it look like when someone truly ‘owns it?’ At Jackrabbit, owning it is one of our company’s core values and we don’t take it lightly. Owning it means we’re bold and courageous when it comes to enhancing the tools our users count on.
In 2004 our founders, Mark Mahoney and Mike Carper, set out to become the leading provider of technology solutions to youth activity centers and in 2019, we have no plans of letting up.
Here’s how Jackrabbit will own our mission in 2019:
Jackrabbit will continue to make managing your team efficient and easy.
The 2019 product roadmap includes updates to the staff portal, student skills module, attendance reporting and more. With the release of the enhancements, owners, directors and administrators can call on their instructors to own even more of the business processes by tracking student enrollment, parent communication and skill building even better than they did in 2018.
Jackrabbit will help you deliver exceptional service to the families in your community.
This year, enhancements to the registration, enrollment, tuition & billing modules promise to help you and your team connect with parents and students more effectively and in more tailored ways. We want your directors and instructors to spend less time working in your system and more time building lasting relationships with your students, families and staff.
Along with key improvements to the system’s functionality, we will continue to add ease of use with shortcuts, wizards and a sleek new interface. Our mission to provide exceptional service and education to our clients also continues with more classroom training, virtual webinar opportunities and our growing Help Center.
As we continue into this year, Jackrabbit is committed to helping you grow your business, connect with your community and get back to doing what you love – making it a great time to be a kid.
