Starting April 1, 2016, you will no longer have a limit to the amount of users logged into your Jackrabbit database at one time. We call these concurrent users. You can now have an unlimited amount of user ids and concurrent users for no additional charge.
Until April 1, 2016, you have been given a limit to the number of concurrent users in your database. If your limit was 2 users and a third user tried to sign in, that person would get an error message indicating that the maximum number of concurrent users was reached.
Now, you will not have to pay an additional fee for more concurrent users!
You may be wondering, why does the number of concurrent users matter?
Well, depending on the size of your business there can be multiple to dozens of staff members with different job responsibilities. If different users wanted to login to Jackrabbit to take attendance, post a refund, post tuition fees, etc., they will all be able to do this at the exact same time!
