We’ve engaged counsel specializing in GDPR to assist us by reviewing our data and privacy procedures and help us pull together the necessary supporting documentation, processes and procedures to comply with the GDPR, and provide you with the documentation you need.  We believe the GDPR is a big step in the right direction towards better data protection and privacy.

The GDPR is focused, in part, on improving the control individuals have over their personal data.

The GDPR (agreed upon by the European Parliament and Council in April 2016) and is targeted for arrival on May 25, 2018 and will roll-out over two years. The GDPR is the most important change in data privacy regulation in 20 years and Jackrabbit is here to make sure you’re prepared.

Jackrabbit believes this is important because privacy is most likely to tighten for other countries around the globe. We are being attentive to the GDPR so that we are ahead of the game as the EU GDPR arrives. More to come.
