Email messages will be saved every 30 seconds as a user is writing it! This happens automatically without the user doing anything other than typing. The message drafts are kept for 24 hours. This occurs in every email page in Jackrabbit. Note: Only the email message is saved, not the subject line or search criteria.

Example: I’m in Email Families writing an email. I get a phone call and get side tracked. I come back to Email Families a couple hours later to finish the email and I’m asked if I want to recover the message I started writing earlier in the day.
