Looking for a faster way to access your Staff Portal? The Staff Portal is on a completely different website than your main database. We did this so your staff don’t have to have access to your Jackrabbit database; you can just give them access for the Staff Portal. Â (Note: They can still do both – more info here.)
One of the biggest benefits to the Staff Portal is the mobile friendly functionality. This means you can do everything in the Staff Portal easy on your phone. Buttons are big, screens are simple and your staff can breeze right through and manage their class.
Need to set up your Staff Portal? Follow the steps here.
Step 1: Login to your Jackrabbit database. Click Launch Staff Portal under Staff Portal on the Menu Bar.
Note – a new window will pop up.
Step 2: Copy the URL from the new window. Double click on the URL and press CTRL + C on your keyboard. [Command if on a Mac.]
Step 3: Open up a new window. Paste the Staff Portal URL and press Enter. Find Bookmarks at the top of your screen and click “Bookmark This Page.”
Notice the Jackrabbit bunny will come up on your Bookmarks Menu beside the Staff Portal.
