Who should attend the training?
This is a great training for anyone just getting started with Jackrabbit and wanting to learn the basics of the software. This training is recommended for people who will be using the system daily to accomplish tasks like creating schedules, registering families, posting fees, collecting payments, creating new User IDs/Logins for staff, operating the Store, setting up, and using the Staff Portal and more.
Owners & Managers
Your input is required for success since you know exactly how your class schedule should be set up and how you want revenue organized in the system. This is critical information to know when setting up your database for the first time. Please make sure you have discussed this with your staff and given them the necessary permissions if you will not be joining them for the training.
