The staff portal login page has a new link for when staff members forget their passwords. It opens up a pop-up for the user to enter credentials, which is then matched to existing staff. If the user isn’t found, an alert is issued so the user can re-enter information. When the user’s information finds a match, a success message will appear instructing them to check their email.
The user will receive 1 of 2 emails to confirm their login. These emails differ slightly: 1 is meant for staff logging in with portal login ids; the other, for staff linked to user ids.
