Today’s enhancements bring a few new things. First, a new, simplified Report Menu. Rather than a long list when you click or tap Reports, you’ll now find a list of report categories. Please see screenshot below:

Remember you can find reports easily by clicking the Find Reports option, as well you can mark your frequently used reports as Favorites, to pull those up quickly.

A second notable enhancement released today involves Problem Accounts. We have improved both the Lead File and email Listing options regarding families marked as problem accounts.

First, when completing a Mass Archive to the Lead File, we have added an option to NOT include problem accounts. The default is set to No. So, if you have a problem account, and do not want them moved to the Lead File, you have a better way of controlling that now.

Also, when emailing families either from your main Family listing, or through the Lead file, you can now include or exclude problem accounts. The default when emailing in either way is set to Yes. This includes the email listing report.

Lastly, we’ve added a new search option for Salaried staff to the Time Report. This includes drop-down options for Yes, No, and No Value. The No Value option makes it easy to find staff that haven’t been given this value.
