Two changes have taken place in the Staff Portal that give users greater flexibility when logged in via a remote staff portal session (not in the application) and make it easier to get work done.

• Staff members of organizations with multiple locations can use Change Location to switch from one location to another.
• All staff will have a new Actions option for Reset Password.
