We are very excited to announce that we have a brand-new Help Center going live!
Over the past several months, we have been hard at work understanding what was, and what wasn’t working with our current help center. We have selected and built a new Help Center that will provide you with a much better experience.

Do you prefer a table of contents? Simply click the “hamburger” menu at the top right to open a directory.

So, what can you expect with the new Help Center?
- Increase in pages. We’ve broken out topics to make finding exactly what you need a quick and efficient process. We’ve expanded our current Help Center with approximately 250 articles, to over 1,100 articles!
- Wait, what? How can I find what I need? Glad you asked. The new Help Center has an intuitive, easy to use search function that will get you directly to the content you need FAST!
- Easy to navigate.
- Features a clean, modern user interface.
- Fully mobile responsive
- Share help articles! You can print individual articles if you need a paper copy, and even email selected pages to a colleague for easy sharing.
You’ll also find on each page, a place to enter comments. If you happen to notice something wrong, a broken link, or an image that’s not appearing correctly, please let us know in the comment field and our Help Center Administrator will be notified immediately and can correct the issue promptly. There’s also thumbs up and thumbs down buttons on each page. Let us know if the content is good or needs some work!
The new Help Center will feature a short video that will walk you through how to use it.

We think you’re going to love the new Help Center, but we’re not stopping here. This is just Phase 1. In Phase 2, beginning now, we’re going to make it even easier for you. Remember the User Roles we’ve been asking you for? Well, in Phase 2 you’ll be able to search for help articles based on your job role!
That’s right, we’ll be tagging pages and topics with content that is relevant to your job function. For example, if you’re an owner or manager, you might be interested in Financial Reporting, Retention, etc., whereas if you work at the Front Desk, you need info related to enrolling, and waitlists etc.
The new Help Center will be automatically live when you access it from within your Jackrabbit account, but if you have bookmarked the current Help Center URL, or have bookmarked certain pages, you’ll have to update those bookmarks. Don’t worry though, the current Help Center will remain live and run concurrently for a period of time, so there’s no rush.
