Have you ever tried to google your business and see if it’s even on the map? In today’s world, your online profile is your front door. This is where people get their first impression of your business. Technology is the main factor in this; customers and potential customers can simply browse the internet instead of driving around town. It’s much faster and efficient. Oh, and you can do it 24/7. While their kids are asleep, they can jump online and start looking around town for gymnastics gyms without leaving their house.
Part of that online presence is your physical location. Where is your business? Is it easy to find? Do the directions actually work?
These are important questions to ask yourself about your business. Put yourself in a customer or potential customer’s shoes. Google your business – what comes up? Does your website come up? What about Google Maps?

You can see the address at the top of the search results. How do you get this? Set up a Google+ page. Google will directly pull your address and other account information over to make it easier for people to find you.
Take it a step farther and actually follow the directions that Google gives. Do they work? Is the address right?
