Job Title: Quality Assurance Analyst
What was the weirdest prank call that you have made? My son and his friends were recently at a birthday party and started prank calling McDonalds and asking for pizza.
If you could only keep 5 possessions, what would they be? Pictures, sentimental jewelry, artwork my kids have done, my dog and Christmas ornaments.
What teacher in school made the most impact on you and why? My high school literacy teacher really stands out. He challenged me and made me work hard – he had high standards which I really respected.
What is your best childhood memory?  Summer beach vacations with my family were a lot of fun. We lived in Texas for a few years and would drive cross country to the North Carolina beaches to meet my cousins and grandparents. The long drive was the best part of the trip!
What do you feel most proud of? My family.
What is your favorite music? Country or Classic Rock.
What is your strongest personal quality? I am trustworthy.
Why did you choose this profession? I was looking for a good work/life balance and loved that Jackrabbit was a virtual company. I like problem solving and helping our clients be successful.
A little more about Karen…
Karen graduated from Clemson University with a BS in Marketing and minor in Health Science. Karen spent 10 years in the banking industry before suspending her career to raise three boys. In addition to being a Mom,
Karen served on several school committees and held a number of leadership roles in the Huntersville, NC community. Karen’s abilities as a team
player allow her to engage in productive brainstorming exercises to initiate change and consistently add value. Karen enjoys contact with customers and helping people find solutions.
In her spare time Karen enjoys walking, reading, water skiing, snow skiing and spending time with her family.
