How do monthly fees work?
Monthly fees are calculated based on total student count, including Active & Inactive students (Active = enrolled in at least one class; Inactive = not enrolled in any classes). No contracts. No fee to get started. No hidden charges. We even include free data export if you ever cancel.
How can I keep fees for my subscription low?
The number of leads in your system doesn’t impact your fees. There’s an unlimited Lead File area in your Jackrabbit Class software where you can store basic contact information for parents and students without increasing fees.
How does the 90-day guarantee work?
What are my payment options?
Option 1: Traditional tiered pricing by student count
Pricing is based on the total number of students in your database, active and inactive. We bill you on a monthly basis, and towards the end of each month we take the number of students that are in your account and charge you for the corresponding tier on the first business day of the following month.
We have Lead File where you can host basic information for an unlimited number of parents and students without increasing your subscription fee since student count does not include leads from the Lead File.
Option 2: PayPath
In lieu of paying a monthly subscription fee, you can opt to automatically pass on a nominal technology fee to parents when processing payments. This allows you to share the cost of the software that benefits your gym, staff and families while allowing you to budget accordingly.
Annual processing volume is considered in determining eligibility and technology fee rates with a 1% technology fee being the most common and 0.8% technology fee being reserved for high volume processing gyms
We also have an Unlimited Lead File where you can keep basic contact information for parents and students without increasing your subscription fee. You are not charged based on the number of leads in your system.
