Today’s enhancements bring a couple more refinements and enhancements to the Parent Portal directly related to the feedback we’ve received from you.

First, when you have fees posting automatically, the Cart will now display the summary of fees for the classes, plus any applicable taxes. This gives the parent a clear understanding of the fees prior to accepting the fees and confirming enrollment.

In the image above, there is only one class shown, but if the parent selected multiple classes, each would be listed with the fees, and any applicable tax would be totaled for all.

Second, a print button has been added to the Student Skills page. This allows the parent to print skills by individual student, or if they have multiple students enrolled, they can also print for all students.

We hope that these continued enhancements to the Parent Portal will improve the service you can provide to your customers, as well as ease the questions you may receive from them.
