Because multiple users can work in the system at the same time and users can post fees in auto-billing and enter payments on the same screen, Manny and his staff found that their processes have become much more efficient. In fact, the staff has reduced their billing process by more than 50%. As owner, Manny enjoys the at-a-glance view of his business status that the dashboard and enrollment snapshot give him.
A Step Further: After becoming well-acquainted with Jackrabbit in operating Victory Academy, Manny saw how it could help him manage Victory Taekwondo Chung Do Kwon Association.
