The training sessions held prior to this year’s USAG Congress and Dance Teacher Summit were very well received and well attended!

Attendees even stood in line to see if there were no-shows to get into the training at DTS!

“Although I’m not a new user, I took valuable information away from Jackrabbit’s pre-event training session. The system does so much that it is almost impossible to be too advanced to gain insight from a support-led training session and the idea of offering training alongside an event that so many users attend makes it very convenient and affordable.”

Jackrabbit’s pre-show training was “Best Practices” focused. The content was geared toward giving users advice on ways that they should be using the system and tips for how they can leverage the system to their advantage. A similar content format is offered in training sessions scheduled prior to the Chicago and New Jersey UDMA shows in October.

“We were excited to see so many of our uses excited to get in a session before they became immersed in the event they were attending. We had very attentive participants who asked great questions,” commented Jackrabbit trainer and customer support team members, Melanie Ulman. “Good questions make it easier for us to really dig into information that will be valuable to the most users across the participant group.”
