Jackrabbit’s Commitment to Improvement

Software that isn’t continuously improved is stagnant. Jackrabbit’s software is dynamic. Groups of enhancements are released each week, not simply each month, not simply each quarter and most certainly not simply in a yearly new release.

Why? Customers’ needs change as the demands of their business and their organizations’ families change and grow. Our improvement must be quick and intuitive to stay in sync. That’s why releasing enhancements at a rapid rate is part of Jackrabbit’s DNA.

Jackrabbit strives to “keep it simple” while adding continuous enhancements and improvements. Franchise users at British Swim School note that because Jackrabbit does that “It’s really powerful software for running our business.”

Our commitment to improvement is solid. It’s a commitment that must be all about the people who use the software so that it helps customers:

  • Operate more professionally
  • Grow into the businesses they’ve envisioned
  • Get back to being the teacher, instructor, coach
  • Use technology to be better at what they do

And we hope that our continuous enhancements and open-eared relationships with users prove our commitment.

We cannot state it any more clearly than Melissa Hawrylyshyn from East York Gymnastics Club does with her comments:

“Jackrabbit listens and cares about its customers. The consistent flow of software enhancements that improve function, usability and accuracy gives us confidence that Jackrabbit will not only be able to meet our future needs but will help educate and inspire us to grow our business. It’s also refreshing to note that these enhancements are most often initiated by us – the user – through the use of their Send Idea button. It simply feels like we are part of a team not just a customer.”

Our commitment to improvement means enhancements that are:

  • Well-tested
  • Meaningful
  • Timely
  • Sensible

Christina Lowery uses Jackrabbit to run her seasonal swim program at Brookhaven Country Club. “I absolutely love the way Jackrabbit enhances the software. Each season, I’m excited to see what has changed. I quickly understand most of the enhancements because they are a natural progression that layers enhancements on top of features in a way that makes sense. It’s easy to see the difference the enhancements make. It’s just amazing.”

Even with Jackrabbit’s superior features, seasoned customers like Barb Graeve believe that the most impressive part of the software is its commitment to her needs. “It is obvious that our input is taken to heart each time we see the many enhancements.”

Longtime customer and owner of ACE Allstars Gadsden, JR Zeringue still finds Jackrabbit’s open attitude toward user input on development refreshing. “We know our ideas go directly in front of those who create new features and enhancements.”

For Jackrabbit, the commitment to consistently improve the product in ways that are in sync with customer wants and needs is ingrained in everything the company does.

Commitment to improvement:

  • It’s a matter of pride.
  • It’s a matter of integrity.
  • It’s simply good business.

CoFounder and Director of Technology, Mike Carper articulates it well, “Customer ideas are oxygen to our development. We live by them.”
