Jackrabbit Technologies Surpasses 5000 Client Milestone

Helpful Culture of Industry Leader Evidenced in Continuous Attraction of New Customers

Jackrabbit Technologies, leading provider of online class management software for children’s activities centers, is celebrating a significant milestone this month: breaking the 5000 client mark!

Earlier in the month, the co-founders of Jackrabbit, Mark Mahoney and Mike Carper, announced to their team that they had surpassed the 5000 number.

“We’re incredibly proud of our team because without their dedication and talent, we would have nothing to celebrate. We hear the amazing things that our team does for clients on a daily basis. From the support and onboarding teams – who probably are the most well-known of our teams for their fiercely passionate customer assistance – to the development, marketing and billing teams, no one at Jackrabbit lacks the spirit of helpfulness that is embodied in our culture,” shares Mark.

Incomparable Culture of Helpfulness

Jackrabbit is unrivaled in its helpful nature which is a characteristic that attracts new customers and appeals to the loyalty of existing ones.

“Our product design and development teams have built a powerful software platform and they spend lots of energy, time and brain power improving it minute by minute. That is very impressive and important to our clients and those who are looking for online class management software. But, our helpful culture is the emotional connection to Jackrabbit,” adds Mike.

User-Guided Planning and Development

Jackrabbit employs user ideas and comments to guide its product development and enhancement plan. This is a huge undertaking. Jackrabbit may have 5000 clients, but that translates into more than 11,000 locations, and 57,000+ users. The Jackrabbit team listens, researches, interviews, observes and tests to learn every possible detail about the preferences, challenges and needs of its users. So users literally guide the process.

“Part of the credit for reaching this milestone goes to our customers,” continues Mark. “They’re the ones that tell us what to do.”

Team Effort, Team Celebration

“We couldn’t be more proud of this team in doing things right and doing them well – time after time after time – to bring us to this significant milestone,” the partners agree.

Even the celebration of this milestone will be a team event as the company hosts its 5000 Celebration in Hilton Head, S.C. at the end of September.
