Your Jumpstart Call gives you one-on-one time with one of our software experts to set Jackrabbit in motion for your business.

Here are three tips that will help you get the most from your Jumpstart Call.

  1. Use the Jumpstart Call Calendar to schedule your first call and establish your relationship with your Jumpstart Coach. You will stay with this Jumpstart Coach during the ‘getting started’ period. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate spontaneous Jumpstart Call requests. This is due in part to the preparation our software experts require prior to the call, as well as the one hour time allotment. We want to make sure you are set up for success.
  2. Be prepared for your Jumpstart Call. The time you spend with the Jackrabbit software expert is best leveraged if you’ve taken a little time to familiarize yourself with the basics. The most effective way to maximize your time with the coach? Go thru the first 2 steps of the Setup Guide found at the top of the Tools menu.  This is as simple as adding 2 staff, 2 Users, and 2 classes. We know you are juggling a lot these days and we appreciate that you have committed this time to working with a coach to help you get started with Jackrabbit.  To get the full benefit of this service please schedule your Jumpstart Call at a time when you are less likely to be interrupted or distracted.
  3. The Jumpstart Call calendar is reserved for Jackrabbit customers. If you simply have some questions about Jackrabbit software such as its features, functionality, or pricing, you can schedule a Live Demo and talk with a Product Coach.

  1. Personal Jumpstart Coach – A phone call with your personal Jumpstart Coach to determine your specific needs.
  2. Step-by-Step Instructions – Personalized, step-by-step instructions on getting started.
  3. Detailed Guidance – Crossing the ‘t’s and dotting the ‘i’s to set you up for billing success.
  4. Billing and ePayments Help – Making sure you are set up in the best way to get your money in your account quickly.
  5. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee – Issuing a full refund if, after you’ve worked with a Jumpstart Coach and after your first 90 days, you believe that Jackrabbit isn’t a fit for your business.
