Job title: Software Support Representative
Best compliment you have received? Being in support we have great customers that send us thank you’s and amazing feedback all the time. I cannot think of just one that stands out… but it really does make the day so much brighter when I receive a thank you.
What do you feel most proud of? Well I would be a bad mom if I didn’t say my 2 kiddos, they are my world… Most of my family did not go to college so graduating with a 4 year degree even making honors was a pretty big deal.
What is your favorite music? I LOVE all music with a beat! Music is on in my house 24/7.
If you could travel anywhere, where would you go and why? I would do a European tour. I’ve always wanted to trace my family heritage. I’d start in Italy and find my Grandfather’s childhood home. I love the European culture. Spanish food is my favorite so I’d definitely go there.
If you could only keep 5 possessions, what would they be? My cell phone of course :), my Bose speaker (hence my love for loud music), my black pair of skinny jeans, my children’s baby books and memento’s they made me. I’m not attached to anything really in my house.
Why did you choose this profession? It makes me happy to help others so having a job that allows me to actually get paid to do that is a no brainier. I love meeting new people so talking and working with people all over the world now is an added bonus!
What’s your strongest personal quality? I’m definitely a people person. I thrive on the energy of those around me.
What is a skill you’d like to learn and why? I hope to learn HTML and coding. To work in this field it would just be an added bonus:)

Originally from New Jersey, Kathryn has lived in North Carolina since 1991. She considers NC home. Kathryn has a diverse background in customer service, sales, and support. She thrives on helping others and is passionate about providing customers with the very best service possible.
Kathryn is a graduate from Western Carolina University where she earned a B.S. in Communications and a concentration in Public Relations. She is married with two children. She has a huge heart for animals and in her spare time enjoys volunteering and working out.
