Job Title: Public Relations and Customer Retention
If you could only keep 5 possessions, what would they be? Bible, Grandmother’s hats that she passed down to me, pictures throughout my life and loved ones (my parent’s don’t travel much anymore so having pictures to show them of their great-grandchildren is very important to them and me), good kitchen knives, and running shoes to exercise.
What is the best compliment you have received? That I’m like my mom.
How do you spend your free time? Exploring new things in the kitchen. I love cooking meals for my family but I have a passion for baking for people as well. I have written a cookbook and always try new things. If I see a dish or desert and think it’s good, I also go the next step and think about what I could do to make it even better. Most of the time it turns out well. 🙂 Baking is a way for me to give a gift to special people in my life. I love celebrating birthdays and going over the top with a cake that I really took time to think about what flavors they would like. I love using this skill to give gifts to people.
What is your favorite music? Classic Rock.
What is your strongest personal quality? I am a giving person.
Why did you choose this profession? This job lets me blend together skills in writing and creativity of design. My degree is in design but I also have strong writing skills so this lets me pull those two together and figure out strategies to help companies.
